State Natural Resource Management (NRM) Facilitators Seven NRM Facilitators provide statewide support for community natural resource management, including Landcare. . There is also a State Landcare Coordinator, employed by the Commonwealth and based at the State Council for Rural Lands Protection Boards at Orange. Regional NRM Facilitators in NSW provide support to networks of landcare groups and community support staff within their region. they help landcare groups become more self-sufficient, link groups to resourcing and support systems, and help groups to think and act both locally and regionally, particularly through the development of networks of groups. |
